Incheon City and Incheon Tourism Organization are launching the third year of their night tourism specialization project, aiming to attract 200,000 visitors and generate 15.8 billion KRW in local spending through a variety of night events.

Key Night Tourism Events:

1. 1883 SangSang Platform Night Market (June 15-16, 22-23)

  • Location: SangSang Platform Piers 1 and 8
  • Theme: Waterfront market
  • Highlights:
    – Over 30 booths and 20 food trucks
    – Music performances by popular singers such as Son Tae-jin and Park Hyun-bin
    – Fireworks drone show, DJ club party, and seaside movie screenings
    – Neon drawing and neon face painting experiences

2. Candlelight Concert (June 28)

  • Location: Central Park UN Square
  • Time: 8 PM for one hour
  • Details: Flamenco performance amidst thousands of candles, free admission

3. Songdo Night Market (June 28 – July 13)

  • Locations: Triple Street, Art Foret, Canal Walk
  • Highlights:
    – Discount coupons to boost local businesses
    – Extended hours and busking performances

4. Sunset and Night View Tour (June – September)

  • Double-decker bus tour around Incheon Bridge and Wangsan Marina to enjoy sunset and night views

5. Open Port Bar Hopping Tour (August – October)

  • Discounted access to unique cultural venues in the Open Port area, including live clubs, LP bars, and rooftop cafes

Additional Benefits:

  • Night Market Coupons: Coupons for use at the night market available through the Incheon Smart Tourism City app ‘Incheon e-Ji’
  • City Tour Discounts: Discounted city tour retro route during the night market period, reduced from 5,000 KRW to 1,883 KRW for adults
