Korea National University of Cultural Heritage’s Institute of Traditional Culture Education presents “Beautiful Gardens, Beautiful Patterns” on June 25 and June 28, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. This free program combines theoretical lectures and a guided tour of Changdeokgung Palace’s Secret Garden.

Program Details:

  • Title: Beautiful Gardens, Beautiful Patterns

Activities:

1. Lecture (1 hour):

  • Location: Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritage Education Exhibition Hall
  • Topic: Traditional patterns in the five grand palaces (Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Deoksugung, Changgyeonggung, Gyeonghuigung).

2. Garden Walk (1 hour 30 minutes):

  • Location: Changdeokgung Palace’s Secret Garden
  • Explore the garden’s beauty and historical significance.
