The 5th Suryeohan Hapcheon Film Festival (BHIFF2024) will run from October 2 to 6 at Hapcheon Image Theme Park. This year’s festival, themed “A Place of Harmony,” will spotlight independent and artistic films, bringing together filmmakers and audiences.
The festival’s official poster, with the slogan “A Festival in Harmony with You,” emphasizes community and collaboration. The event lineup includes theater screenings, a traveling cinema, and the “Film Challenge,” where participants create short films set in Hapcheon. Submissions for the Film Challenge are open until August 25, with top prizes reaching 10 million KRW.
