The Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) Organizing Committee has unveiled the official poster for the 29th Busan International Film Festival, which opens in October, along with the poster for the 19th Asian Contents & Film Market.
Choi Soon-dae, BIFF’s art director, designed this year’s poster, featuring waves rising powerfully from the sea. These waves symbolize the diverse films that will be showcased at the festival, each bringing its own unique story. The vivid red hues capture the festival’s dynamic energy, illustrating Asia’s largest film festival as a vibrant confluence of creative expression.
The poster for the 19th Asian Contents & Film Market shares the same design, but with an orange color palette.
The 29th Busan International Film Festival will take place from October 2 to 11 at the Busan Cinema Center, while the 19th Asian Contents & Film Market will run from October 5 to 8 at BEXCO.
